Who we are

Services are provided by Online Presence Builder SRL (onlinepresence.ro brand), registered office Bd. Siderurgistilor 15, bl. SD10B, ground floor, Galati, Romania. Tax ID (CUI) 35799807 (no RO prefix), J17/450/2016, EUID J2016000450170, share capital 200 lei. Contact: [email protected], +40 745 500 286.

VAT: not registered for domestic VAT purposes (art. 310 Fiscal Code); displayed prices are final, without VAT. For intra-EU operations we use the special code RO45030362 (art. 317 Fiscal Code); that code does not mean we charge VAT on invoices to Romanian customers.

SiteStabil

SiteStabil is a subscription for a presentation website (up to 10 business pages), build or rebuild, hosting, monitoring, maintenance and one monthly change of up to 30 minutes. Prices on the SiteStabil page (1,490 lei build + 99 lei/month, or 990 lei/year) are final, without VAT (art. 310 Romanian Fiscal Code), until a notified change.

Apply at crm.onlinepresence.ro. After qualification you receive the contract by email, sign it electronically (OTP), then pay via Stripe. The subscription starts at contract signing.

• No mandatory minimum term.
• Either party may terminate with 30 days notice.
• Price changes: at most once a year, max 10%, with 45 days notice and a free exit right before the change applies.
• After paying for construction, the code and site are yours. Handover on termination within 15 business days.
• For consumers (individuals): 14-day withdrawal right, as in the B2C contract and durable-medium notice.

Liability, illegal content and DSA

Content on your site belongs to you. We have no general monitoring obligation. We may restrict illegal content after a substantiated notice, with a reasoned explanation and a way to contest, under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA) and the contract.

Contact point for illegal-content notices on sites we host: DSA notice form on crm.onlinepresence.ro (or [email protected]). Please include the URL, a description of the illegality and your contact details.

Alternative dispute resolution (ADR / SAL)

Consumers may use ANPC's ADR (SAL) channel: reclamatiisal.anpc.ro (ANPC Order 270/2026). The 250×50 SAL pictogram in the footer links to the same portal. The EU ODR platform was discontinued; we do not use ODR links.

Personal data

Processing of data from applications, contracts, payments and support is described in the Privacy policy and, where applicable, in the DPA clauses of the contract.

Governing law

The commercial relationship is governed by Romanian law. Venue and special clauses (B2B or B2C) are those in the signed contract for the product.

Priority

If this page differs from a contract signed on crm.onlinepresence.ro, the signed contract (version and attached clauses at signing time) prevails.
